To identify the areas in which the implementation of the Fundamental Reform Document of Education has been faced with challenges, a group 13 expert administrators of the Ministry of Education were interviewed, and a categorical sample of 360 teachers, principals, and educational exports was also given a questionnaire in order to survey their opinions on the subject. The analysis of the collected data revealed that the implementation of the Fundamental Reform Document of Education has failed to achieve its objectives at all levels, be it the general, middle level, or fundamental factors. |
