Given the goals of Resilient Economy, the Ministry of Education can play a significant role in their attainment. Strategies for doing so and for the increase in educational services efficiency were explored by seeking the views of experts and prioritizing their suggested ways of reaching this goal. Among the four strategies for the implementation of Resilience Economy in MOE, the increase in efficiency of the provided educational services ranked first. Programs related to this increase in the areas of human resources, planning and budgeting, and space and equipment were separately prioritized and the extent of agreement among the views of the three groups of respondents was explored. Findings indicate that despite the differences among the experts on the very definition of Resilient Economy, and the differences in opinions of the three groups of professors, managers and experts at MOE, and the experts at related organizations, it is recommended that agreement be reached if the goals of Resilient Economy are to be attained.
