Based on an hypothetical structural model of the relationship between personality, organizational indifference, and occupational enthusiasm an accessible group of 239 personnel working at the offices of the provincial department of education in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari was given three scales and one questionnaire of assumed validity and reliability, to measure originality of personality, triad of dark personality, occupational enthusiasm, and organizational indifference. Analysis of the collected data revealed that originality of personality is both positively and significantly correlated with occupational enthusiasm while this correlation with organizational indifference is negative and significant, while the triad of dark personality is the other way around. The structural model can predict organizational indifference through personalities mediated by occupational enthusiasm. Observed goodness of fit render the model a useful tool for determining organizational indifference among the personnel. |
