F. Mohammadnejaad , M. Rezaa’eeRaad
Abstract:   (59 Views)
Contemporary notion of professional competency includes, not only occupational motivation, but skills such as those related to the use of Internet. To explore the relationship between these factors, and the mediating role of information literacy therein, an accessible sample of 341 high school teachers in Sari were given instruments with confirmed validity by experts, and high calculated internal consistency. Data analyses not only confirmed the mediating role of information literacy, they yielded a significant positive correlation between professional competency and the other three variables, as well as information literacy and the other two variables.
