TY - JOUR JF - qjoe JO - QJOE VL - 33 IS - 4 PY - 2018 Y1 - 2018/1/01 TI - Left out of School Children in Rural and Tribal Areas: Causes and Ways of Remediation TT - بررسی موانع و شیوه های جذب کودکان بازمانده از تحصیل در مناطق روستایی و عشایری N2 - To identify the hurdles that 6 to 12-year-old children in rural and tribal areas face in going to school and ways of removing them a large sample of administrators, teachers, and students in the rural and tribal areas of Azerbaijan provinces was interviewed and given questionnaires with assumed validity and reliability of 0.70 through test-retest. Results show that three cultural, one personal, two geographical, two economic, and two organizational hurdles can be identified while six factors could help with the remediation of the problem.
