Abstract: (2160 Views) |
To assess the quality of the services provided at in-school Olympiads, and detect any possible gaps between expected and perceived quality, a sample of 420 students, principals, vice principals, teachers at participating schools, and the provincial general directors, their assistants, and the heads of provincial physical education departments was given a questionnaire of adequate validity and reliability. Data analyses revealed that in some respects, such as empathy, accountability, and confidence, the respondents are all satisfied with the quality of services rendered at the school Olympiads. But in other areas such as the physical aspects of the services and their trustworthiness, the respondents’ expectations were above the perceived reality of the given services. These expectations and perceptions are ranked. |
