However, the dimensions and constituents of such a personality need to be identified and nurtured in order to achieve the goal of developing a research personality in students. To this end, a group of 30 university professors, associate professors, and assistant professors was identified in order to complete a questionnaire constructed based on the opinions of experts on the topic. The data was factor analyzed to explore dimensions and constituents, yielding 7 significant dimensions and 63 constituents. Dimensions are as the following: problem-based culture, scientific dignity, explorative orientation, communication, evaluation, technological literacy, and sharing.
