Goals:
The main goal of this publication is to promote new ideas, perspectives, and methods stemmed from research in education and related fields. To this end, it aims at helping to increase the scientific undertakings within the society on the one hand, and improve the quality of decisions made by policy makers, administrators, and staff at all levels, on the other, through more effective use of research-based knowledge in education.

Areas Covered:
Articles sent to this publication are required to cover both theoretical and applied aspects of the subject in the following areas:
  • Foundations of Education (History, Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology, and Economics)
  • The structure of levels and fields of study within the Ministry of Education
  • The status of education for special groups (e.g. tribal, rural, suburban, immigrant, gifted, etc.) and different types of education (e.g. technical, vocational, adult, virtual, and distant) within the educational system
  • Curriculum and Educational Technology, developments in both pedagogic processes and methods
  • Strategic Planning, Educational Planning, and Developmental Planning
  • Recruitment, training, retraining, maintenance, and evaluation of teachers’ and staff’s performance
  • Introduction, criticism, and assessment of educational innovations across Iran and the world
  • The role and effects of Information and Communication Technology in Education
  • Economics and finances of education
  • Organization of Research in Education and utilization of research findings
  • Organization of the design, implementation, maintenance of educational spaces and facilities
  • Leadership and management, organizational and administrative structures, and rules and regulation governing them across different levels of education
  • Basic learning competencies for the new era such as entrepreneurship, creativity, life skills, problem solving, and citizenship skills
  • Educational Psychology and academic, vocational, and adaptive counseling and guidance
