To identify the causes and effects of schools’ organizational health, the contents of a set of related documents, and the transcripts of interviews with a group of experts in educational administration were analyzed. Results show that educational administrator, leadership, school’s demography, teachers’ characteristics, school culture, and healthy environment are among the main causes of organizational health while its consequences include teachers’ organizational commitment, civic behavior, occupational satisfaction among teachers, and students’ general health and academic achievement. The validity of the findings was assessed through the use of Delphi technique. In three rounds of estimating the agreement index on the identified factors the following magnitudes were obtained: 0.624, 0.703, and 0.765.
